Here is my DLO based on "Should host countries have to spend so much money on building Olympic venues". We have been learning to consider both sides of a provocation so that we can make an informed opinion. My opinion is no because it is a waste of time and money and once they build it they only use it for a short amount of time. Why build something your only going to use for a short period of time. Why spend so much money on the stadium when you have more important things to look after such as, Schools, jobs or even company's. People should think about what they are going to do with there money so that it could be used wisely.

Rio/Provacation - Jessie and Mere
Here is my DLO based on "Should host countries have to spend so much money on building Olympic venues". We have been learning to consider both sides of a provocation so that we can make an informed opinion. Hi Jessie and Mere, I agree with both on whether or not host countries should spend so much. I remember a saying: Time can buy money, but money can't buy time. Usually the Olympic stadiums that are built are often a waste of time and money since they are often abandoned and few are reused.
Your opinion shows that you have thought about your reasons for thinking this way Jessie. I can clearly see your opinions but I can't see the other perspective. Can you go back and add this to your DLO. That will show that you have made an informed opinion as you will have thought about both sides.
